I am a Utah native and licensed massage therapist with over 20 years of full-time experience. Since completing my initial massage therapy training in 2006, I have dedicated my career to helping clients find lasting relief, improve posture, and enhance their overall well-being.
After graduating from massage school, I pursued advanced training in Structural Integration (Rolfing), focusing on correcting postural imbalances and structural alignment. I gained valuable experience in Park City, where I was contracted to work with Olympic athletes. In 2007, I relocated to St. George, where I have been practicing massage ever since.
I have worked at some of southern Utah’s most prestigious resorts and have provided therapeutic care for thousands of clients with diverse body types and conditions. I am also an educator and have taught at a local massage school for the past 10 years.
I am trained in a wide range of modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, structural integration, table Thai, injury recovery, and trigger point therapy. However, having a lot of experience doesn’t mean anything unless I show up, ready to work. While instructing, I say to the students the best massage therapists have years of experience under their belt but also have the enthusiasm and drive that students have. I can tell you that I will always show up and give my best work. Every time.
I love spending time with my family and friends. I am married to a beautiful wife and have an amazing daughter.
