Structural Integration
Structural Integration is a powerful form of bodywork that focuses on reorganizing and lengthening the body’s connective tissue (fascia) to improve posture, alignment, and overall movement. By systematically releasing chronic tension and restoring balance throughout the body, it can provide long-lasting relief from pain, stiffness, and restricted mobility.
I help clients release deep-seated patterns of tension, improve body alignment, and restore natural freedom of movement — often creating results that go beyond what traditional massage can achieve.
Frozen shoulder
Shoulder issues, including rotator cuff strain, impingement, and frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis),
What is frozen shoulder? Is it difficult to raise your arm above your head? Does it feel like something in your shoulder ‘catches’ while trying to raise your arm and triggers pain? Have you tried to get it resolved with no luck? Book with Everett and he can help you. A lot of clients receive significant improvement in mobility in one session.
Whiplash/stiff neck
Neck pain is often caused by tight, overworked muscles in the neck, shoulders, and upper back — commonly from poor posture, prolonged screen time, stress, or repetitive movements and even during sleep! I specialize in releasing chronic tension in the trapezius, levator scapulae, and deep cervical muscles using targeted deep tissue and Structural Integration techniques. Many clients experience significant relief and improved mobility after just one session.
sciatica
Sciatica pain often stems from tight, inflamed muscles in the lower back, glutes, and hips - particularly the piriformis, quadratus lumborum, and deep hip rotators — that compress or irritate the sciatic nerve. This can cause sharp pain, numbness, or tingling that radiates down the buttock, thigh, or leg.
Using targeted deep tissue massage, Structural Integration, and sports massage techniques, I help release the muscle tension and restrictions that are compressing the nerve, providing significant relief.
low back pain
Low back pain is frequently caused by tight, overworked, or imbalanced muscles in the lower back, hips, and core. Poor posture, prolonged sitting, heavy lifting, or stress can cause these muscles to become stiff and inflamed, leading to pain, stiffness, and limited movement.
Through targeted muscle release techniques, I help relieve chronic tension, restore proper alignment, and reduce pain so you can move more freely and comfortably.
